INTRODUCTION

Through my experiences in schools, I've made use of several different resources that have helped me along the way. Many of these resources have been directly given to me by my supervisors to read, and others I've discovered on my own. Two of the biggest issues I've faced throughout my short time teaching have been (1) student motivation and (2) classroom management. For these two issues, it seem like there are intuitive solutions, but I quickly learned that they are very complex issues that must be handled with great care. Luckily, I've been introduced to several concrete resources that have helped me along the way. I've included some of the most valuable resources that I've made use of here. 

Additionally, Paul (my supervisor from Sauquoit) gave me the opportunity to explore the issue of student motivation further, and I have included my final project here. For this project, I developed my own resources to help students who struggle with motivation and resilience.
