Foreign-Born Chinese Visit Temples
There are many Chinese migrants in different countries. The younger generations of foreign born Chinese regard Confucian temples as one of the most improtant place to go when they cvisit China. Most of these young adults are participants of camps, such as " Trip to Find Roots" and "International Outstanding Foreign Born Chinese Camp", implying that they are visiting their original country. In Qufu, the hometown of Confucius, there are many foreign born Chinese visiting every year. In these temples, there are always many typical objects of Confucianism. Visual tour is the most direct and efficient to create a cultural experience for people who are very unfamiliar with Chinese traditional culture. Many students are curious wondering about what the objects are used for, asking about the most basic knowledge of Confucianism. Giving them a visual tour and opportunity to see, to hear, and to feel the environment of Confucius temples is the first step of introducing Chinese culture to young foreign born adults.

In recent years, there are Confucian communities being established. In these communities, families participate in different types of events. Sometimes, they accept courses about ethics on how to live a happy family life. In addition, families also perform to the rest of the community. Some active participants give a speech to their neighbors. It is a very effective way to spread Confucian ethics among the grassroot, and it is also a vital way to revitalize Confucianism and traditions.
